CONTINUING & NEW PROJECTS:

Painting is continuing this spring/summer:
Trim painting of East units .
We will continue replacing hazardous steps and walkways every year.
Some trees are to be planted this year to replace a few of the diseased trees removed last year. Not all removed trees are scheduled to be replaced. Loss of trees is always difficult, but needed to maintain the property.
Seal coating , some road repairs and repair of bike path are scheduled to be completed this year.
